INVESTMENT STRATEGY
Aquamore Fund 2 is a $50m fund catering to business borrowers needing bridging finance. The Fund will invest in a portfolio of Loans secured by first or subordinated Real Property Mortgages.
LOAN OPTIONS
Loans can be made for a variety of purposes, including for acquiring real property, refinancing existing debt, providing working capital to businesses or developing real property. Loan size can be from $200k to $5m. We will also review co-investment loans for $5m+ deals. Loan terms of 2- 6 months are preferred. Lending will be done on moderate LVRs between 50-80%. All loans must obtain an independent valuation (no more than 90 days old).
DISTRIBUTIONS
This fund is currently closed. Distributions are paid quarterly to investors based on the start date of the facility.
